graduate moving tasselWelcome to CCC Graduation Services! We want to ask you, What is your number? What do we mean by this? We mean what catalog year you are using? What term you are going to graduate? If you do not know, our team of Completion Coaches are here to help!

To learn more about graduation ceremonies, visit www.clackamas.edu/graduation.

Graduation Services is here for you to help you with:

    • How to understand your academic evaluation
    • Know what you need to complete
    • Seek guidance on the transcripts you are transferring in from another college
    • Petition to Graduate

We are located in Community Center 124.  Our hours are Monday - Friday 10 - 2 pm or email us at gradservices@clackamas.edu

Would you like to see how your CCC and evaluated transfer credits apply to your intended degree requirements?

Log on to myClackamas available 24/7 to view your academic evaluation:

    1. Log in to your MyClackamas account
    2. Under Account Information, click on Academic Evaluation. You will see what major(s) are active for you. Choose the active major you are seeking and click submit, your academic evaluation will populate.
      1. If your current major isn't listed or you are thinking about changing or major, you can choose "What if I Change my Program of Study" and click submit. You will be asked to select a catalog year, choose a catalog year and hit submit, an academic evaluation for the different degree will populate.

    3. If you have questions, need to change your major, or how to read your evaluation, please come see an Academic Advisor or a Completion Coach.
  • It is strongly recommended that students submit a Petition for Graduation two terms from their anticipated term of completion!  (i.e. Spring term graduates should apply during Fall term).  CCC does accept Petitions for Graduation up until the sixth week of each term to graduate during the current term.
