    Internships

High school students can earn college credit at Clackamas Community College for work-based learning.

CCC’s Smart Internships program provides you a step onto the path toward work and school. You can develop entry-level skills in a specific occupation, practice basic career management, and prepare for employment – while earning college credit.

The Smart Internship program has several benefits. You can earn up to 12 college credits. You can start at any time. And your individual training program is developed between you, the school and your employer.

For more information, please visit the Smart Internships website, or contact your high school’s school-to-work coordinator or contact Mindy Brown at Clackamas Community College at 503-594-3041 or email mindyb@clackamas.edu.
