‘Almost, Maine’ Opening Nov. 14 in the Osterman Theatre

Almost, Maine (200)John Cariani’s hit play “Almost, Maine” is the CCC Theatre Arts Department’s Fall Term Mainstage Production, opening Nov. 14.

“Almost, Maine” is a play comprising nine short plays that explore love and loss in a remote, mythical almost-town called Almost, Maine. It premiered at the Portland Stage Company in Portland, Maine, in 2004, where it broke box office records and garnered critical acclaim.

CCC’s performances of “Almost, Maine” are Nov. 14 through 24, Thursdays through Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 2:30 p.m. in the Osterman Theater. Tickets are $10 for Adults and $8 for Seniors and Students.

Metro Grant Supports Student Transportation Options

Clackamas Community College will share in $2.1 million in federal grant awards from Metro aimed at making it easier for area residents to walk, bike, take transit and share rides. CCC will receive $85,000 from the Regional Travel Options grant to support the Student Transportation Initiative that will help students find new transportation options to get to class. Full Story
