The Associate of Arts Oregon Transfer is a two-year degree that has been designed for the student intending to transfer to a four-year college or university and pursuing upper division baccalaureate courses. CCC students who have earned an AAOT degree will be eligible for junior standing for the purposes of registration at any of the schools currently part of the Oregon University System (OUS). These schools include the University of Oregon, Oregon Institute of Technology, Oregon State University, Portland State University, Western Oregon University, Eastern Oregon University and Southern Oregon University. General requirements for obtaining the AAOT from CCC are as follows:
• Earn a minimum of 90 credits of college-level course work numbered 100 and above
• Complete a distribution of recognized general education courses
• Establish a cumulative 2.0 GPA at CCC
• Establish residency by earning a minimum of 24 credits at CCC
