August 2 - 5: Cougar Soccer Summer Camps
Soccer coach Tracy Nelson and members of the Cougar team lead four-day soccer camps for boys and girls ages 14 to 18. High School Camp is from 9 a.m. to noon; Conditioning Camp is from 1 to 3 p.m.; Goal Keeper Camp is from 9 a.m. to noon. August 4 - 6: Cougar Volleyball Skills Camps
CCC volleyball coach Kathie Woods and squad members lead three-day skills camps in the Randall Gym. The camps are open to girls in ninth through 12th grades. Team Camp is from 2 to 5 p.m. or 6 to 9 p.m. Skills Camps is from 8 a.m. to noon. August 4, 11, 18 & 25: Chrysalis: Women Writers

August 5 - 22: “Fiddler on the Roof”
Clackamas Repertory Theatre (CRT) presents the musical “Fiddler on the Roof” by Joseph Stein, Jerry Bock and Sheldon Harnick, and directed by David Smith-English. The play opens August 5 and runs through August 22. August 19: Organic Land Care: Soils & Plant Pathology
A workshop for landscape professionals that focuses on soil improvement in the organic landscape and diagnosing plant diseases in the field. From 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Clairmont 133. Fee is $75. To register, contact Oregon Tilth at 503-378-0690 or www.tilth.org. Co-sponsored by Oregon Tilth.

August 28: Gardens Safe for Kids and Pets

August 30: Introduction to Rainwater Harvesting
This one-day workshop, led by the American Rainwater Catchment Systems Association, is open to anyone interested in rainwater harvesting for nonpotable applications, such as landscape irrigation. Workshop is from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Gregory Forum, Fee: $50. To register visit www.arcsa.org. Cosponsored by Clackamas County Soil and Water Conservation District.

August 31 & Sept. 1: Rainwater Harvesting & Accreditation
This two-day workshop, led by the American Rainwater Catchment Systems Association, is open to the public and industry to learn about rainwater harvesting. Workshop is Aug. 31 and Sept. 1, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Gregory Forum. Fee: $295 for the workshop only; $445 for the workshop & ARCSA Accreditation.
