African Tour Planned for Summer 2010

An information session for an African tour planned for summer 2010 will take place on Wednesday, June 3, at 5 p.m. in McLoughlin 204 at Clackamas Community College in Oregon City. Bill Briare, dean of Humanities at CCC, is organizing the tour and will host the information session.

The 13-day safari/tour to Kenya will depart on Tuesday, July 13, 2010. The tour will include the Masai Mara Game Reserve, Nairobi, Nakuru National Park, Hell’s Gate National Park, Sumburu and African Masai villages. An optional five-day extension to Kilimanjaro and Tanzania is available.

The tour is organized by EF Tours and the price includes all airfare, meals, lodging and transportation. The price is $4,750 for students under 25 and $5,200 for adult travelers.
