Seminar Looks at Real Estate in Economic Hard Times

Gain tips on making real estate transactions in a down market in a seminar on Tuesday, June 9, from 3 to 5 p.m. at Willamette Falls Hospital Community Education Center. The seminar is sponsored by the Clackamas Community College Foundation, Willamette Falls Hospital Foundation and the Clackamas Heritage Partners.

Presenters will offer insights on how to buy, sell, exchange, reverse mortgage or gift property in a changing real estate market. Presenters include David S. Moore of Equity Advantage, K. Gene Christian of Charitable Estate Planning Northwest, and Dan Clark of Acceptance Mortgage Capital.
The “Real Estate in a Down Market” is free, but registration is required.
