CEUs Available for ‘Transitions’ Course

Continuing education credits are available to participants in the “Moving Through Transitions” class offered this winter through Clackamas Community College in partnership with West Linn Parks and Recreation Department. The seven-week course begins on Thursday, Feb. 11, at West Linn High School. “Moving Through Transitions” uses expressive art techniques including movement, drawing and writing to explore responses to change and life transitions. The instructor is Tamara Gilbert. Classes will be held Thursdays from 7 to 9 p.m. in the forum room at West Linn High School, 5464 West “A” Street, West Linn. The cost for the class is $105 for West Linn residents and $110 for nonresidents. Participants may receive 1.4 continuing education units (CEU) through CCC at no additional cost.
