Welcome to the CCC Registrar's Office site!

Announcements:

• Avoid the $50.00 late registration fee by registering for your classes before they begin. You have until the Friday of the second week of the term to add classes.

• Registration is available for admitted, currently enrolled and returning students online or in person at any of the 3 campus locations (Harmony, Oregon City, or Wilsonville).
• If you are a new student who has never registered before, fill out an Application for Admissions and then meet with an advisor to help you select classes and register. Please contact the Registrar's Office (registrar@clackamas.edu) if you have any questions about your past enrollment activity.

Important dates to remember

Winter Term

• February 23-March 1: Early Spring Registration for Returning Students
• March 2: Open Spring Registration and New Student Advising Sessions
• March 15-20: Finals week
• March 20: End of Winter Term
• March 22-26: Spring Break
• March 29: Spring Term begins

Spring Term

• March 29: Spring term classes begin
• April 4: Last day to add classes without instructor signature (Sunday, 5pm)
• April 9: Last day to add classes without $50 late registration fee (11 week courses or courses that have already begun)
• April 9: Account balance due. If not paid, automatic payment plan goes into effect with $15.00 service charge
• April 9: Last day to drop full-term classes and receive full refund (see p. 10 in the Schedule of Classes for refund policy for short or late start classes)
• May 7: Last day to drop classes without responsiblity for grade and no more schedule changes
• May 7: Spring term Petitions for Graduation due in the Registrar's Office
• May 7: Account balance due. $75.00 non-payment fee applied to any outstanding balance and hold on account preventing future registration
• May 11: Summer registration open for all students
• May 18: Early Fall registration for returning students
• May 25: Open Fall registration and New Student Advising Sessions begin
• May 31: College closed for Memorial Day
• June 7-12: Finals week
• June 10: GED/Adult High Scholl Diploma Graduation Ceremony
• June 11: College Certificate and Degree Graduation Ceremony
• June 12: End of Spring Term
• June 21: Summer term begins
