Registration

Welcome to the CCC Registrar's Office site!

Announcements:

• Avoid the $50.00 late registration fee by registering for your classes before they begin. You have until the Friday of the second week of the term to add classes.

• Registration is available for admitted, currently enrolled and returning students online or in person at any of the 3 campus locations (Harmony, Oregon City, or Wilsonville).
• If you are a new student who has never registered before, fill out an Application for Admissions and then meet with an advisor to help you select classes and register. Please contact the Registrar's Office (registrar@clackamas.edu) if you have any questions about your past enrollment activity.

Important dates to remember

Winter Term

• January 4: Classes begin
• January 10: Last day to add classes without instructor signature (Sunday, 5pm)
• January 15: Last day to add classes without $50 late registreation fee/11 week classes
• January 15: 1/3 payment plan amount due. $25 charged to account if not paid
• January 15: Last day to drop full-term classes and recieve full refund (For the refund policy for short or late start classes, please see p. 10 of the Schedule of Classes)
• January 18: College closed to honor Martin Luther King Jr.
• January 29: 1/3 payment plan amount due. $25 charged to account if not paid
• February 12: Last day to drop classes without responsibility for grade/make schedule changes
• February 12: Winter Term petitions for graduation due in the Registrar's Office
• February 12: 1/3 payment plan amount due. $25 charged to account if not paid
• February 25: Skills Contest (Day classes cancelled at the Oregon City campus only. Evening classes beginning at 4pm or later, will be held as scheduled)
• February 23-March 1: Early Spring Registration for Returning Students
• March 2: Open Spring Registration and New Student Advising Sessions
• March 15-20: Finals week
• March 20: End of Winter Term
• March 22-26: Spring Break
• March 29: Spring Term begins

The College will be closed:
January 18 to honor Martin Luther King Jr.
February 25: Classes at the Oregon City campus are cancelled until 4:00pm due to Skills Contest Day
