Welcome to the CCC Office of Admissions, Registration & Records site!
Announcements:
- Avoid the $50.00 late registration fee by registering for your classes before they begin. You have until the Friday of the second week of the term to add classes.
- Registration is available for admitted, currently enrolled and returning students online or in person at any of the 3 campus locations (Harmony, Oregon City, or Wilsonville).
- If you are a new student who has never registered before, fill out an Application for Admissions and then meet with an advisor to help you select classes and register. Please contact the Office of Admissions, Registration and Records (registrar@clackamas.edu) if you have any questions about your past enrollment activity.
Important dates to remember:
Winter Term 2012
- January 9: Winter Term Classes Begin
- January 15: Last Day to add classes without instructor signature (Sunday, 5 pm)
- January 16: Martin Luther King Jr. Observance (College Closed)
- January 20: Last day to add classes without $50 late registration fee for 11 week classes
- January 20: Tuition and fees due without $30 deferred payment fee
- January 20: Last day to drop full term classes & receive a full refund
- February 17: Last day to drop classes without responsibility for grade
- February 17: Winter Term Petitions for Graduation due in the Office of Admissions, Registration & Records
- February 17: $75 Non-Payment fee applied to all accounts with Winter Term balance
- February 28: Early Spring Registration for Returning Students
- March 6: Open Spring Registration and New Student Advising Sessions
- March 19-24: Finals Week
- March 24: End of Winter Term
- March 26-31: Spring Break Closure

Online: Log-on to myClackamas and go to myCougarTrax on the left hand side of myClackamas.

September 6-September 23: M-F: 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
September 21: Closed for Inservice
September 26 & September 27: M-T: 8 a.m.-7 p.m.
September 28-December 9: M-F: 8: a.m.-6 p.m.
