    Bond Information

    The CCC Board of Education voted July 16 to place a bond measure on the Nov. 4, 2014, ballot that would be used to update facilities and build space for educational programs and job training. The bond would include projects that were identified as priorities in Imagine Clackamas, a two-year community engagement process.

    The goals of the bond are to expand training and educational opportunities for students to enable them to transfer to four-year programs or obtain family-wage jobs and to contribute to the local economy by offering more programs that fill workforce needs in high-demand fields.

    The bond projects would include:

    • Constructing an industrial technical learning center for fields such as electronics, automotive, manufacturing and welding;
    • Modernizing equipment for training in high-demand healthcare, science and engineering careers;
    • Making improvements to existing facilities;
    •  Replacing the 61-year-old building at the Harmony Community Campus.
