• Frequently asked questions

  • Where do I pay my bill?
Monthly statements are sent to your myClackamas account on the 16th of each month. Please log into your myClackamas account and click on Pay and Account Information.
Can I pay over the phone?
No, CCC does not take payments over the phone.
I told my instructor that I did not attend class, why am I still being charged?
You are responsible to drop your classes by the drop deadline to receive a 100% refund. If an unforeseen circumstance prevented you from completing the term, you can try to petition the charges, by filling out a petition for refund.
    Do you have payment plans?
Payment is due at the time of registration. If you are not able to make your payment on the day you registered, you will need to click on "Pay Later" when registering. This option allows you until the 2nd Friday of the term to pay your balance in full to avoid any additional fees.
    When is my bill due?
Payment is due at the time of registration. In order to avoid additional fees, payment in full needs to be made by the 2nd Friday of the term where charges originated.
Where can I find my bill?
We generate statements each month electronically through your myClackamas account. Click on Payment Information and then click on Pay and Account Information.
    Where is my refund?
Refunds are processed on the last business day of the week. If you feel you should have received a refund, please contact us at 503.594.6068.
I’m doing my taxes, where can I get my 1098-T form?
1098T's can be found by going to www.1098t.com. Click on "Access my record" found on the left hand side of the screen.
How do I make a partial payment as the system wants me to pay the full amount?
To make a partial payment online, go to your myClackamas account, click on Payment Information and then click on Pay and Account Information. This will take you to Touchnet (our 3rd party provider).  Click on Payment, then click on Make a payment. You can type in the amount you want to pay. Note: partial payments will not prevent your account from being assessed fees or being placed with a 3rd party collection agency.
My financial aid has not come in yet, how do I go about getting textbooks?
We do have a short term book voucher that you can apply for to help you with purchasing your textbooks. The short term loan is available the first 2 weeks of the term at the Oregon City campus in the Roger Rook building. For more information regarding the short term loan, please contact us at 503-594-6068.
