OREGON CITY - Clackamas Community College is hosting a retail information session on Friday, May 16, at 1 p.m. in the Gregory Forum. Participants can gain information about CCC's Retail Management Certificate program and how this one-year credential can help people leverage job opportunities in retail.

During the one-hour session, CCC career coaches will present information about job search strategies, educational planning and advising. In addition, Shelly Wommack, regional director of Human Resources for WinCo Foods, will give a presentation on job opportunities in retail and how their employees have benefited from CCC's retail management certificate. This event is open to the public and there is no cost to attend.

This work source solution is funded by a grant awarded by the U.S. Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration.
