Student Outcomes
CCC submits data annually on retention, graduation, graduation, transfer and success rates to the U.S. Department of Education through the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS). For more information, please visit College Navigator.

Use of Data at CCC
By providing us with your contact information we are then able to communicate with you regarding financial aid, other resources, event dates, and opportunities to get involved at the college.
This information also allows us to see what experiences and resources our students have and if we are doing a good job at helping students to break through any barriers to making academic progress. It ensures that we are providing the best services to all of our students, equally, and that we are appropriately serving the needs of our community.

Directory information: CCC releases "Directory information" which includes: full name, enrollment dates, enrollment status, verification of certificate/degree/honors/awards, residency status, major/program, and athletic participation (including height and weight of team members). If you do not want this information released, please contact the office of registration and records and request the restrict directory information form. Please go to the Student Rights and Responsibilities page for more information about this and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
Unit level data (your name associated with your responses) will only be available to the Office of Institutional Research as well as limited staff in offices that are responsible for data collection for the institution. Your individual responses will not be accessible by general college departments. Aggregate information (percentages and category totals) will be available to administrative departments at the institution. Data will be reported to the State of Oregon as required by Senate Bill 473.
