The Vice President of Finance and Operations provides the strategic, innovative leadership needed to bring the college's human, financial and physical resources together in pursuit of student and employee success and champions the integration of the tenets of diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, transparency and accountability into the work of the college.
Annual salary:
- $144,205.23 - $208,491.27

Essential Job Functions
This individual in this position serves as Clackamas Community College's senior non-academic executive. A member of the President's Executive Team, the Vice President of Finance and Operations partners with the President and Vice President of Instruction and Student Services, administrators, staff, students, the CCC Foundation and community members.
The Vice President centers continuous improvement and the accomplishment of the college's strategic priorities in their leadership and oversight of the "College Services" workgroup, comprised of the Business Office, Information Technology Services, Campus Services, Human Resources, College Safety, entrepreneurial and auxiliary programs (e.g., bookstore, printing), and other departments or programs as assigned.
As Chief Financial Officer, the Vice President ensures the college is effective in the use of its resources to achieve its mission and is a key player in building financial and community support for the college through strategic partnerships with civic, business, and community organizations.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Five years of relevant work experience, including management and supervisory experience.
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provide the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform the duties as described.
- Ability to exemplify traits that reflect the College's culture, including integrity, a customer service orientation, cultural competency, trustworthiness, flexibility and a willingness to change.
