Continuing Education - earn CEU's at the ELC

If you're looking for a fun and convenient way to broaden your knowledge around environmental issues, and earn CEU's, the Environmental Learning Center at Clackamas Community College offers short-courses designed to give professionals hands-on experience while learning from the experts.

Sitting in one of our rustic, yet comfortable classrooms, you'll find yourself in the middle of our recently restored riverine wetland.

Short-course topics will include areas related to Stormwater Management, Wetland/River Restoration and Ecology, as well as others.

Community Education at the ELC

Each term we will be offering workshops that will explore a number of topics, such as stress reduction, arts & crafts, wildlife, bushcraft, star parties and more.

Adult Education Registration

  1. Go to the CCC Workshops page
  2. Select Visit CougarTrax
  3. Select Continuing Education
  4. Click on Search for Classes/Workshops
  5. At Course Code Number enter XELC, then Submit
  6. Select the class and complete registration (requires credit or debit card payment)

Yoga at the ELC

Date: Tuesdays, April 2 - June 11
Time: 5:15-6:15 p.m.
Cost: $80

This class brings all the benefits of yoga, meditation, breathing, stretching, strengthening and balance, in the serene setting of the Environmental Learning Center's Lakeside Hall at CCC. No experience required, please bring yoga mat.
