Ellen Wolfson, MSW

Ellen has her Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from Portland State University. She has been in the counseling field for over 30 years. She believes that we can all be leaders in our own lives and sees her role as helping students move through the barriers that create stress and issues in their lives.  She has an open door policy that welcomes students from all backgrounds and cultures. She specializes in intercultural communication and conflict management. Ellen believes in building trust and rapport with her students. She values open, honest communication. 
 
Ellen is a musician and plays in Chicamarimba, a women's marimba band. She loves gardening, knitting, traveling and family time.
