CCC Associated Student Government
Be a student leader at CCC! The members of Clackamas Community College's Associated Student Government (ASG) have a passion for serving others. They spend the year coordinating services and activities at the college and representing the student body at the college levels.
The ASG serves students in many ways, including offering a free food pantry. They also host fun activities throughout the year to inspire student involvement and engagement.
MEETINGS: ASG meetings are open to all students. During the academic year, ASG meetings take place on Wednesdays, 3-5 p.m (in person or online). Email asgprez@clackamas.edu for the location or link.

Tuition waivers cover tuition only and may impact financial aid. A minimum of 2.0 cumulative GPA is required for all positions.
ASG position duties
President
Leads ASG, sets goals and represents students on college committees and councils. This is an elected position.
Vice president
Oversees elections, hiring and evaluations. Supports ASG operations. This is an elected position.
Secretary
Manages agendas, meeting minutes and ASG records.
Department chair
Leads a department and guides projects for the academic year.
Department officer
Supports department goals and completes assigned tasks.
Department senator
Participates in department work and meetings as a non-voting member.
ASG organizational structure
The Associated Student Government is led by an executive team and supported by department leadership and members. This structure supports collaboration across departments and ensures student representation across campus, including on CCC committees.
