Study Abroad
Expand your horizons and immerse yourself in a different culture through a study abroad trip at CCC. Study abroad programs at CCC take learning beyond the classroom, offering memorable experiences and one-of-a-kind opportunities to explore a subject and enrich your education. You can even earn college credit while you travel!
Our goal is to facilitate quality global learning experiences for our college community. CCC supports international travel for learning that strengthens the fulfillment of the college’s mission which includes providing high-quality education and training that is adaptable to changing needs while valuing diversity, empathy and respect. Our study abroad student learning outcomes further support this mission by providing the following:
- Experiences of different cultures and perspectives
- Exploration of opportunities for cultural exchange
- Communication to the college community and beyond about globalization and its effects.

Study abroad in Ireland (Dec. 6-18, 2023)
Trip highlights include:
- Derry City (Northern Ireland)
- Irish history
- Dublin
- Sliabh Liag Cliffs
- Bloody Sunday Museum
- Sligo City
- Passage Graves
The cost is $3,800 (tuition not included). Includes airfare, accommodations, ISAI course fee, most meal,
course-related excursions, and travel insurance.
To participate, you must register for one or more of the following courses:
- COMM-140, Intercultural Communication (four credits)
- COMM-111Z, Public Speaking (four credits)
- ART-204, History of Art: Ancient through Medieval (four credits)
- ENGR-211, Statics (four credits)
- Or register for "Ireland Trip" via Community Education (no credits)

The cost is $4000 (tuition not included), and if you register before May 31, you can receive a $200 discount.
Includes airfare, accommodations, EF tours program fees, meals, course-related excursions and travel insurance.
